Good Pizza, but it was greasy..probably because it was ordered with sausage and pepperoni

Pizza is really not that good... Sorry. Not sure how they got so many positive reviews as my pizza was poor at best. Crust was so thin and soggy that the pizza fell apart. And the sausage that they are famous for did not cut the mustard. There are much much better pizza places in the area.Oh, and $18 for a small one topping pizza! Forget it.

For a small suburb outside of Chicago, this pizza stands up and is superior to many of the famous pizzarias. Whenever company comes over they want Villa Nova pizza. Great service and delivery time.We love the thin crust pizza!

Great pizza! The sausages are huge and delicious! The sausage pizza could have used a couple more minutes in the oven in my opinion but is was still could, would have preferred a little crispier. Service was great. No complaints.

Worst pizza ever. Soggy crust, never had sausage on top of the cheese before. Tried crisping in toaster oven, didn't work. Cheese is so salty and greasy. They don't put it in a box, the paper was sticking to the cheese and filled with grease. Even dripped on my shirt while holding it in the car. Will never go thete again!

I got some slices of pizza around 9 40 PM and they were very old and stale. 1 out of the 3 slices felt just slightly fresher. The fries were ok but I'm sure that cant be messed up if made to order. The service was friendly and welcoming but the food just didnt come out to be what I hoped. Disappointed.

I ordered from Villa Nova this week for the very first time and I never will again. One of the worst pizzas we’ve ever tasted. I knew when I opened the box and the cheese had an orange tinge we were in trouble (looked like they added cheddar cheese). The crust was like paper (and tasted like it too) the orange looking cheese mixture was extremely oily and salty and the sausage had zero flavor. It also arrived cold and smashed together on one side of the box. Needless to say, I threw it in the garbage. They’ve got a lot of nerve chargIng $27 for that disgusting thing they pass off as pizza. 🤮

We ordered pizza from there yesterday they told us 1 hour took them 1.5 untill i called them to see what was going on then when we go it and strted to eat it was cold and it was really salty never again from there thru more then half of it away

Pizza is awesome..BUT their idea of a 1/2order of spaghetti is EMBARASSING..They should be ashamed to charge almost $6.00 for 3 bites of buttered noodles! There wasn't enough for a 4 year old..I had to make her some More pasta so she could eat too..WOW Never AGAIN !

Some of the best pizza I’ve had in my life. They piled on the meat like I asked, it was almost 2 inches thick! Toppings were very high quality as well.

One of the best Chicago thin crust pizza places. I would say what distinguishes them is the crust. Try Italian beef and giardinera as toppings.

The Sausage comes in a unique golf ball sized portion. Personally I prefer the pepperoni. Excellent crust.

the taste is alright, but pizza is to small, 3.25 plus 25c per topping is not bad but can add up compare to a similar price where you can get a way bigger pizza slice and same toppings somewhere else.

The pizza here is very good, with big chunks sausage, delicious cheese and they also have fresh mushrooms. The pizza I ordered was only crispy on the edges and soggy in the middle. I'll have to ask them to cook it just a little longer next time.

Sausage is amazing. Cook is perfect, added to the list of greatness of pizza on the south side of this great city !!!

The saddest part of this review is they don't deliver where I live! They were recommended by the person planning our party at Friendly Tap in Berwyn and told they only as far north at Roosevelt Road - our loss, but we can drive and pick up, right? The pizza crust is very thin, toppings are first class, the cheese was especially flavorful. We ordered three big ones and go a free cheese pizza as well, so it was a very good deal for us. Highly recommended.

Thin crust is good, a bit heavy on the cheese considering how thin the pizza is. Plentiful toppings.

Ordered pizza, onion rings and fries for the fam. Delivery driver came later than the expected time. The fries were not done, the pizza and onion rings were super sauggy. If you told me a gallon of water fell on our food I'd believe you.

Just had this pizza a week ago and it was one of the best I've ever had. Cheese, mushroom, sausage and green pepper...to die for. The sausage tasted so good, not greasy or fatty, like a quality meat taste, if you can understand. I am hooked. Am ordering another today bec I couldn't stop thinking about how damn delicious it was. That ultra thin crust just helps accentuate the toppings. Superb! You must eat this pizza or your taste buds will never know the ecstasy. YUM

Way to salty. The new owners add enough of salt to kill a horse on the pizza! Not recommend! Buy elsewhere!

Looking for wafer thin? Look no further! Great people too, always an A+ experience from start to finish. I go extra sauce and well done for a cracker-like crisp crust.

IMO this is the best pizza on Earth. Might have eaten 100 plus pizzas from here so I might be biased. This place is great. Customer service is the best here and it's a family friendly environment. Pretty sure it's still BYOB too.

Great pizza most if not all of the time. I usually order and pickup myself. They do deliver to the Garfield Ridge area, but your taking a chance on whether or not your pizza will arrive in a timely manner, and at times isn't hot enough. Most times I used delivery I didn't have any issues Friendly staff, and delivery people.

I first learned of this classic Pizzeria from the Hungry Hound's Pizza City USA book. I also have a Instagram friend that swears this is his favorite thin crust pizza in all of Chicago. It's definitely up there with my top five. I probably would have had them cook it extra crispy, had I not taking 5/8 of it home. I now have a new destination for a spot to eat when I make a drop off at Midway Airport. I hear this is often the first place people come to, once they arrive at Midway.
